A physically challenging game that enforces team work and cooperation.
How to play
Instruct participants to pair up and sit back-to-back on the ground with arms linked. On 'Go', partners work together to stand up without using their arms. Increase difficulty by gradually increasing group size (try groups of 3, 5, 7 and so on). Finish by attempting to have all group members work together as one large group to stand up.
