Builders and Bulldozers

Divide the class into two equal teams. One team are the Builders and one team are the Bulldozers. Spread all cones randomly across the playing area, half standing upright and half knocked flat. On the signal the Builders try to stand up all the cones while the Bulldozers try to knock them all flat. Both teams work simultaneously throughout the playing area. After a set time limit of one to two minutes the teacher blows the whistle and players freeze. Count the standing cones and the flat cones to determine which team won. Swap roles and play again.

Expand the playing area and use more cones for a larger class. Award bonus points if a team can finish their task and freeze in position before the time is up.
