Fitness Bingo
One bingo card per player or pair, pencils, a set of exercise name cards to draw from
How to play
Give each player or pair a bingo card with different exercises written in each square such as ten push-ups, twenty star jumps, a thirty-second plank, or fifteen squats. The teacher draws exercise names from a bag or stack of cards one at a time and calls them out. When a player hears an exercise on their card, they must complete the exercise before they can mark it off. Players may only mark a square once they have genuinely performed the exercise. The first player to complete a full row, column, or diagonal and call 'Bingo!' wins. Verify their card by having them perform the exercises again.
Variations
Play blackout bingo where the whole card must be completed. Increase the exercise repetitions for older or fitter groups.
