Wall Ball

Players line up along a wall. The first player throws the ball against the wall and a fielder attempts to catch it after one bounce off the ground. If the fielder catches the ball cleanly they may throw it back at the wall. If the ball hits the ground and bounces before being caught, all fielders scatter and the player who retrieves the ball must stop and throw it at the wall. Any player hit by the ball on the full before reaching the wall must do a set number of push-ups or another exercise and rejoin the game. Play continues with players rotating through throwing and fielding roles.

Award points for clean catches off the wall. Allow the ball to bounce twice for beginners.
